Live 8
Well... I wasn't expecting it to actually be good!
I don't remember Live Aid from when it was on. Basically I didn't watch it I don't think. Anyway this Live 8 event was incredibly impressive. So many people all over the world getting together doing the same thing. I don't know if it'll make a difference, and I'm not sure a rock concert is the way to show you want change. How many people, when it comes down to it, really enjoyed watching the show and signed the online petition but won't do anything else. Will people continue fighting for this stuff or not? I hope it has some effect and isn't just a flash in the pan that has a very brief effect and no lasting benefits.
Still, seeing Pink Floyd was very special. Even just on TV. They were really, really good. Razorlight impressed me too. I'm not really a fan but they put on a great show.
